Protection type
On a nearly standard 16-sec disk, markers are changed:
- address field: D5AAAD instead of D5AA96
- data field: D5AADA instead of D5AAAD
There is data on T0-T16
And there is T22...

What is T22? What is the protection check?
As recently discovered with Super Taxman II, the disk is physically marked so that there is a bad sector on T22.
The protection check first erases T22, then reads the track, and see if the bad sector is still present.
If the bad sector is not presents, then the program determines it is a copy.
As the program uses the RWTS routines, writing a sector on a bad disk would fail, therefore the bad sector would still be present.
On a copy (either protected or not), the bad sector would not exist, and the program would fail the protection check.

How to copy
